Peter Harvey
Producer
With a youth spent working cruise ship lines, Peter knows hospitality. He has been working with restaurant owners all around Edmonds for the past year, making connections and creating experiences.
Georgia Knoles
Creative Director
Georgia is a lifelong foodie, she grew up with the slogan, "There are those who eat to live, and those who live to eat." She is most certainly the latter. Georgia also has a masters in cultural mediation from the French university l'Université Clermont Auvergne so she is all about sharing cultures.
Nicole Gaba
Host
A local real estate agent and foodie, Nicole's bubbly personality and rich knowledge of local restaurants makes her a natural Food Tour host, she led the first Edmonds Food Tour in September 2025.
Laura Hansen
Host
Laura is an Edmonds Food Tour alumna and food lover. A guest on the first ever Edmonds Asian Food Tour, she decided she couldn't get enough and joined the Edmonds Food Tours Team as a host
